MicroTasks LTD is committed to maintaining a fair, transparent, and secure platform for all users. We employ advanced detection systems and manual reviews to identify and prevent fraudulent behavior. Fraud undermines trust and harms legitimate users — we have ZERO tolerance.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute fraud:

• Multiple Accounts: Creating or operating more than one account per person
• Automation/Bots: Using scripts, bots, or automated tools to complete tasks
• Plagiarism: Copying content from other sources without original contribution
• AI Abuse: Submitting fully AI-generated content where original writing is required
• Identity Fraud: Using false identities, stolen phone numbers, or fake information
• Referral Fraud: Creating fake referrals or incentivizing sign-ups deceptively
• Task Manipulation: Attempting to game the system or exploit bugs
• Chargeback Abuse: Disputing legitimate payment transactions fraudulently
• Collusion: Coordinating with others to artificially inflate earnings

Detection Methods

We use multiple fraud detection techniques including:

• Device fingerprinting and IP analysis
• Behavioral pattern recognition
• Content quality algorithms (plagiarism detection)
• Manual quality assurance reviews
• Cross-referencing account data
• Suspicious activity alerts

Consequences of Fraud

If fraudulent activity is detected:

• Immediate Account Suspension: Access to platform is revoked
• Forfeiture of Earnings: All pending and future earnings are voided
• Permanent Ban: You will be permanently banned from using MicroTasks LTD
• IP & Device Blacklisting: Your devices and IP addresses will be blocked
• Legal Action: We reserve the right to pursue legal remedies for significant fraud
• Reporting: We may report fraudulent activity to relevant authorities

Appeals Process

If you believe your account was flagged in error, you may submit an appeal through our support portal. Appeals must include:

• Your registered phone number
• Explanation of the situation
• Any supporting evidence

Appeals are reviewed within 5-7 business days. False or frivolous appeals may result in permanent ban.

Reporting Suspected Fraud

If you suspect another user is engaging in fraudulent activity, please report it confidentially to our support team. We protect reporter anonymity whenever possible.
