Consequences of Fraud

If fraudulent activity is detected:

  • IP & Device Blacklisting: Your devices and IP addresses will be blocked

Appeals Process

If you believe your account was flagged in error, you may submit an appeal through our support portal. Appeals must include:

  • Your registered phone number

Appeals are reviewed within 5-7 business days. False or frivolous appeals may result in permanent ban.

Reporting Suspected Fraud
