Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the MicroTasks LTD platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. One person may only have one active account.

3. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Create multiple accounts or use bots/automation
• Submit plagiarized, low-quality, or AI-generated content without disclosure
• Attempt to hack, exploit, or disrupt the platform
• Harass other users or support staff
• Misrepresent your identity or location
• Engage in any fraudulent or deceptive activity

4. Task Completion & Quality

All tasks must be completed according to provided instructions. We reserve the right to reject submissions that do not meet quality standards. Repeated low-quality submissions may result in account suspension.

5. Payments & Withdrawals

Earnings are credited to your account upon task approval. The minimum withdrawal threshold is KES 500(depends on your membership status). Payments are processed via M-Pesa within 24-48 hours of request. We reserve the right to hold payments for security review.

6. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any behavior that harms the platform or other users. Unpaid earnings may be forfeited upon termination for cause.

7. Limitation of Liability

MicroTasks LTD is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you earned in the past 30 days.

8. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform announcement.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Nairobi, Kenya.
